The receiving parts are kept in your bag, which is located on your home page under your photo. Once you’ve collected 3 of the parts and find the 4th part under someone’s photo, you get their mojo which earns you profit. Aside from doll parts, you can receive other fun objects such as a heart, a hat etc.
